Manhattan Comfort Return Policy

RA Required

Manhattan Comfort offers a 30-day return policy for items that are unopened and in their original packaging.  Additionally, Manhattan Comfort offers a 30-day parts replacement on all items.

Improper assembly or shipping damages cannot be returned. Shipping claims should be placed immediately to the transportation company.

Buyer’s Remorse: Customer will be responsible for return shipping. MC have a 30-day Policy. Items need to be returned unopened and in sellable condition for return to be valid. An RA will be needed. We cannot be responsible for any return goods that do not have an RA.

Return Processing Fee: Subject to a 18% restocking fee.

Return Shipping Fee: GarageReserve.com does not cover return shipping

How do I order replacement parts?

Sometimes the parts can be overlooked as they are packed securely to ensure that other parts are not compromised/damaged in transit.  If the parts are truly missing, please email us at support@garagereserve.com. Send a copy of the invoice with images that reflect the damages.  Any damages due to misassembly will not be reimbursed. Reference the manual to identify which part is missing and be sure to include that information in the body of the email.

Mis-Ships: Images needed on package labels to confirm parts received. We will send out the replacement at no extra cost. Email: support@garagereserve.com

Defect: Images needed with details on part numbers to replace. Replacement parts will be send out. Email: support@garagereserve.com
